Taylor Martina’s 4/15/11 WDW Photo Report
WDWNT Reporter Taylor Martina visited the Magic Kingdom, Disney’s Hollywood Studios, and Downtown Disney on Friday and has a number of newsworthy photos from his trip to share with us:
it’s finally exciting to watch Fantasyland progress, as we can now see details beginning to emerge!
Construction workers moving around the Storybook Circus site
Beast’s Castle looks nice during a cloudy day
A lot of work underneath on the “Be Our Guest” restaurant still to be done
The rock-work on “Under the Sea: Journey of the Little Mermaid” should be up soon
Scaffolding going up, means that we will soon see Prince Eric’s castle emerge over the steel frame!
The structure for “Enchanted Tales with Belle” has been done for a while, now the rock-work is going up
Most of the “Be Our Guest” Restaurant is closed in now
FORCED PERSPECTIVE!
The rock-work next to Maurice’s Cottage is taking shape
The walls blocking views out of Cinderella’s Royal Table are still up
Work has still not begun on the Fantasyland Skyway Station, rumored to be up for demolition

The Adventureland Bridge appears to be completed now
The temporary bridge is closed
As previously reported, the Hall of Champions on Main Street is officially gone
The walls on the Confectionary have opened up a bit
Lots of columns!
That’s right, you stay in that corner!
A look at the front reveals a new blue and white color scheme for the Confectionary, and the grey bricks to the right side are now in various shades
This photo from 9/3/10 shows the old green and white scheme and the matching tone bricks
It’s neck and neck…
The banners have returned to Town Square Theater
All of the tarps are finally down, and the building looks great!
Wait times were pretty reasonable

Rumors have this attraction closing forever on May 20th, when Star Tours opens
Speaking of Star Tours, both of the giant billboards outside of the attraction have been removed since this was taken
