Join us for the World Premiere of ‘World of Color’ at Disney California Adventure park at the Disneyland Resort from June 10, 2010. After 5 years in the making, it’s time to jump into the magic, music, and color of this 25 minute show.
Thanks to the amazing talent and generosity of photographer Tim Goodchild of timgoodchild.com, we are able to provide these downloadable wallpapers for your computer monitor. Simply click the link corresponding to your monitor’s resolution, then save the resulting image file to your computer. We will have select wallpapers available for dual-monitor and triple-monitor setups as well.

With World of Color now only three days away, thought it would be appropriate to take a look at the show’s Journey, from concept to now. This special “Commemorative Collection” series of merchandise will include a tee, fleece, coin, and note card, among other items. Merchandise will be available at select locations throughout Disney California Adventure™ park including Tees, Hats and Tattoos.
A valid Passholder ID must be presented must be presented at time of purchase in conjunction with the Annual Passholder Commemorative Collection. Merchandise available while supplies last. With only a couple weeks before the opening of “World of Color” and with the excitement building, I wanted to make sure you got a sneak peek at the art our teams have put together over the past few months, all leading to the inspiration and development of our “World of Color”-themed merchandise. Several of our favorite Disney characters will appear in a spectrum of items, including tees, fleece and hats.
Some of you may notice that this art reflects our Disney’s California Adventure park name. These will be some of the last items with that look. Be on the lookout for pieces with the new logo that was recently unveiled.
We even have something special in store for our Annual Passholders. As I mentioned in my post the other day, our new Annual Passholder Commemorative Collection will actually debut in conjunction with the opening of this new nighttime spectacular and will feature special themed items including tees, fleece and coins.
So this June, when you visit Disney California Adventure park to see the new show, take a second and pop into some of our nearby merchandise locations and see what’s in store for you. I know that some of you might not be able to make it down to the Resort so soon, so if that’s the case, and you are interested in seeing or buying some of this new merchandise then be sure to check it out on www.DisneyParks.com/store in the coming weeks.
