Three New MagicBand 2 MagicKeepers Released at Walt Disney World

MagicKeepers, the MagicBand key chain, are now available in three new colors pink, purple, and blue! They retail for $12.99 the same as the original black version. No additional colors for the Minnie Magic Keeper has been spotted yet.

Figment, Dreamfinder & More Celebrate Love at the Pin Celebration Coming to Epcot

Th annual Pin Celebration will return in 2017 from August 25-26th. This years’ theme is ‘Love is an Adventure’.

There are some very unique and specially designed pins for this year, including ones themed to the Dreamfinder with Figment and Jessica Rabbit with Roger Rabbit.

Featured below are some pins that feature some timeless classic Disney Characters. We also have some pins that might make you cry; the story of Carl and Ellie from Up.

The pins below are part of a mystery pin collection which there are a total of 16 pins in this set, and each box contains two randomly selected pins. In addition to the eight pins shown below, the set will also contain eight limited edition chaser pins each with an edition size of 250.

Next up we have the ‘Love is Vain’ set which features six 3D sculpted pins inspired by Disney Villains.

This Pin Celebration event is a separate ticketed event inside of Epcot. You can only purchase these pins at the event, nowhere else.

In addition to perusing through the pins created for this event, guests will participate in trading activities, meet Disney artists and merchandisers, and have opportunities to take photos with world famous Disney characters.

Disney Store Introducing “Fantasyland Football” Theme Park Merchandise in Fall 2017

Based on the success of the annual March Magic promotion from Disney Parks and DisneyStore.com, Disney will be introducing a similar event in the Fall of 2017.

Guests who ordered March Magic t-shirts were given cards to promote the new event with different icons from either the Walt Disney World Wonders or the Disneyland Dreamers. The teams will be pitted against each other in some way when the event begins.

We received Figment in the mail, but many other icons were mailed out to guests.

PHOTOS, FIRST LOOK: Banshee Connect at Pandora- The World of Avatar

With less than 10 days until passholder previews begin, and only 23 days till the official grand opening, Pandora: The World of Avatar will be open before you know it!

Disney has given us a new inside look into this upcoming land, which today showcases the Banshee Connect experience. The Banshee Connect allows guests to ‘pick out’ their own banshee for purchase and take home with them. No, it is not a life-size version, or even close to that, but we have the next best thing.

When guests visit this so called ‘rookery’, a Naturalist from Alpha Centauri Expeditions will assist a guest with identifying a favorite banshee from among 10 unique styles. Each interactive banshee includes three ranges of motion – mouth, head, and wings – that are controlled by hand with remote control. Guests will also hear them make authentic banshee sounds provided by Disney’s partners at Lightstorm Entertainment. Guests will determine each banshee’s personality through a combination of hand movements and sounds.

Guests can either display a banshee on their shoulder or cradle them in their arms. A banshee perch will also be available for purchase separately.

You will be able to purchase these banshees in Pandora: The World of Avatar  in the Windtraders gift shop when it officially opens May 27th at Disney’s Animal Kingdom.
