This was posted on Reddit and here is her father’s response and explanation of his daughters happiness and enthusiasm:
“Star Wars: The Force Awakens” continues to break box office records and has just reached a very important milestone in making over $1 billion in just 12 days. So will this movie break Avatar’s record of $2,787,965,087? It still has a few hurdles ahead of it but it’s on a really good pace. Keep in mind that “The Force Awakens” still hasn’t opened in China, which helped Avatar pull in $204 million.
Right now, “The Force Awakens” is ranked #15 in the Top Worldwide Grossing Movies Of All Time! “The Force Awakens” can only go up from here, but how far up? Do you think it will break Avatar’s record?
Disney is now testing the concept of paid parking for non-resort guests at Walt Disney World. The concept was recently tested at Disney’s Contemporary Resort and will be tested again soon at Disney’s Boardwalk. The test is the latest attempt by Disney to control parking at the resorts, possibly preventing guests from lying that they are visiting the resorts when they are actually using it as a place to park before visiting one of the Walt Disney World theme parks. Under the possible new policy, guests without reservations or who are not resort guests would have to pay the parking fee in order to park at the resort.
Paid parking would still not apply to those with dining reservations, Tables in Wonderland members (who get free valet when dining at a resort restaurant only), and obviously resort hotel guests.

Guests at Disney Parks here in the U.S. will soon be getting an exclusive preview of Walt Disney Pictures latest animated release, Zootopia, in theaters March 4th. At Disney California Adventure Park, the “Zootopia” preview will be presented at the Bug’s Life Theater with special in-theater effects. Guests at Disney’s Hollywood Studios will get to see this advance look at clips from the film as the end film of the One Man’s Dream attraction.
The Zootopia preview at Walt Disney World was expected to take home in the Magic Eye Theater at Epcot, but it appears the new Disney and PIXAR Short Film Festival will be a more permanent offering than we expected.
Today, Walt Disney Animation Studios has released a brand new trailer for their upcoming animated film as well:
The modern mammal metropolis of Zootopia is a city like no other. Comprised of habitat neighborhoods like ritzy Sahara Square and frigid Tundratown, it’s a melting pot where animals from every environment live together—a place where no matter what you are, from the biggest elephant to the smallest shrew, you can be anything. But when rookie Officer Judy Hopps (voice of Ginnifer Goodwin) arrives, she discovers that being the first bunny on a police force of big, tough animals isn’t so easy. Determined to prove herself, she jumps at the opportunity to crack a case, even if it means partnering with a fast-talking, scam-artist fox, Nick Wilde (voice of Jason Bateman), to solve the mystery.
Walt Disney Animation Studios’ “Zootopia,” a comedy-adventure directed by Byron Howard and Rich Moore and co-directed by Jared Bush, opens in theaters on March 4, 2016.
Disney’s Yacht and Beach Club Resort is holding a new special event to celebrate New Year’s Eve 2015, one that includes an Adventurer’s Club reunion…
“Countdown to Midnight” includes “live music, comedy acts, and great food” according to Disney. There will even be a reunion of the long-shuttered Adventurer’s Club of Pleasure Island fame at the event, along with a dance area dedicated to music on vinyl, and much more.
Details are scarce so far, but the event is available only to guests with a resort reservation and the price per person is $300 (includes tax and gratuity). The event takes place between 8PM and 1AM starting on December 31st, 2015.
