2013 DeeVee Voter Contest

All you need to enter is to fill out a 2013 DeeVee ballot.

Fun and easy.

Urban Redux 2 Chaser Revealed

by Brendt

Today, the official Vinylmation blog posted an article revealing the Urban Redux 2 Chaser. Take a look at the vinyl below:

Thomas Scott designed this figure, and I absolutely love it. I hope that’s the image he thinks of all of us collectors, be it at a trading event, a signing event, or anywhere on social media. We all love Vinylmation, and this is a wonderful tribute. It also sports an interesting color scheme that I love. Now that we have the chaser revealed, any ideas on variants? Maybe there will be a variant chaser in the set!!! Let us know what you think!!

Jingle Smells 3 Release Online Today

Today was the unannounced release of the four new Jingle Smells designs for series 3.  They are available at the Disney Store online for $12.95 each. This year, the figures look like Nutcrackers and like the Jingle Smells before they each have a unique scent and include an ornament like top and ribbon for hanging. The figures include Mickey (chocolate cookie), Minnie (strawberry), Donald (sugar cookie) and Goofy (peppermint).

These 4 figures were designed by Disney Store artist Enrique Pita, and look fantastic!! Love the nutcracker imagining he used. These are sure to be very popular this holiday season. Will you guys be starting your Christmas shopping today? The packaging is the same as last year with a circular open window design and air holes to test the scent.

Pixar Series 2 Leaked Product Shot

By Brendt

The news keeps trickling in today, as Vinylmation Exchange member Stevan Agbaba posted the first image of the physical Pixar series #2 vinyls.  We got a sneak peak of this set at Reflections of Evil, and now we can finally see how detailed some of the figures are.  Take a look:

Some of these figures are straight winners, as I love Dory, Boo, and Mr. Pricklepants.  Emile, and Alpha are great representations, but a tad plane.  Same goes for Dot, and the jury is still out on Elastigirl for me.  I think this is a great follow up to the first Pixar series, and the Disney Store crew have done a great job with these designs.  What are your guys thoughts? Any ideas for the Chaser?
