2013 DeeVee Voter Contest

Here are all the details on the Voter Contest for the 2013 DeeVee awards.

All you need to enter is to fill out a 2013 DeeVee ballot.
All the ballots will go into a random drawing where one person will be drawn as the winner.
That winner will then give us 5 Disney characters they would like to have as a custom.
Our custom artist will create a 3″ version of one of those characters and give it to the winner!

Fun and easy.

And now for the special announcement: This year’s voter contest winner will receive a their custom from the one, and only, Miranda Legendre!

Nominations for 2013 Dee Vee Awards have begun!

The 3rd year anniversary of Destination Vinylmation is in November and to celebrate, we will once again be hosting the annual Dee Vee Awards! (listen to 2012 Dee Vee Award Show) This is a show of celebration for the collectible we all know and love. It is also your chance to choose your favorites over the past year. Before we get to the voting, we are asking for your help to nominate the entries into each of our categories. All you have to do is copy and paste the category list below into an email, list your nominations and send it to:

You have until Midnight on Friday, October 11 to submit your nominations. You may submit nominations for as many or as few categories as you like and can you can nominate as many figures or people for each category as you like. You may only nominate figures that were released between October 1, 2012 and September 30, 2013. (Click here for a PDF of all the figures released during that time span. * Disclaimer: Not all possible figures may be listed. This is just a guide. If you notice any exclusions, please note them in the comments section.) Nominees will be announced around October 13th on our podcast and online. Then Listeners can vote for their favorites in each category. Winners will be announced in November at the Dee Vee Awards.
