Minutes 6-10 of The Muppet Movie are now available! In minutes 6 through 10 we dive into Kermit’s swamp… wherever that may be. Kermit sings “Rainbow Connection” for us. We break down the song and discuss what it means to us and what it means to Kermit. Dom DeLuise makes a cameo here as Bernie the Agent. In quite possibly the most impactful cameo in the film, Dom triggers a thought process here that leads Kermit to discover his purpose in life. This group of minutes wraps up with Arnie the Alligator chasing Bernie way and Kermit pondering his next move.

Work continues on two massive themed lands as a bevy of modest options prepare to open in the not-to-distant future at Disney’s Hollywood Studios. PizzeRizzo is nearing completion, the Dr. Strange preview has finally opened, and something else is brewing at One Man’s Dream in our latest photo report.
A bevy of new D-Tech on Demand phone cases are available with Rogue One designs at Launch Bay.
Academy of Television Arts and Sciences Hall of Fame
Walls are up at the Academy of Arts and Sciences Hall of Fame. Speculation is that this is being removed.
Doctor Stranger Things
While the Doctor Strange preview has opened, the rumored meet and greet has yet to materialize. Could this be a model of an upcoming project or something else?
Doctor Strange signage can be found all around the surrounding area.
If you missed it, a great look at the Star War and Toy Story Land construction sites is offered in this week’s expansion update video:
Hurricane Matthew forced Disney to remove some netting and tarps around the construction areas this week, allowing us a better view of the construction of Star Wars land.
The base of the supports for the facades that once stood at the end of the street are all that is left of it.
Moving down towards Muppets Courtyard, there isn’t much left to see.
The fire escapes off of the New York facades all lay in a pile just behind the walls.
PizzeRizzo
Work on PizzeRizzo continues, with the sign now appearing weathered.
Toy Story Land Construction
Meanwhile, a trip down to the old Jack Sparrow queue offers a look at what will be an entrance to Toy Story Land.
The old Prop Shop is now completely demolished.
We have to wonder how much longer this tree will be left standing.
This and That
Some Dr. Strange merchandise available at Mickey’s of Hollywood.
An SUV drove into a sign on World Drive on Saturday, knocking the sign over and forcing one side of World Drive to close. Tom pokes fun at the drivers of course.

Not sure when this happened, but Launch Bay is now on the star at the park entrance.

Streets of America
In case you have been living under a rock for over a week, the Streets of America demolition is in full swing for Star Wars land.
Pizza Planet at Disney’s Hollywood Studios is closing January 11th, 2016. If no further information was provided, we would assume this has something to do with the construction of the Star Wars themed land, but the restaurant is scheduled to re-open in late 2016. So… are the Muppets moving in?
Provided Muppetvision 3-D is staying, it would make sense to finally turn this establishment into a Muppets themed restaurant, as originally intended back in 1991. With a refurbishment this long and an entire Toy Story Land being built on the other side of the park, it makes little sense for it to return as a Toy Story-themed eatery. While it may not be a Muppets re-theme, something is definitely happening to Pizza Planet in 2016.
We have no solid details at this time, but stay tuned for more on this as it develops.
Let’s get this jungle jumping! Watch the Muppets cover the hit song “Jungle Boogie,” by Kool & the Gang. Putting their own twist on the tune, Dr. Teeth and The Electric Mayhem create such a fun jam that even Sam Eagle can’t resist booging-down.
In promotion for Muppets Most Wanted, some changes were made to the beloved pre-show film at Muppetvision 3-D at Disney’s Hollywood Studios and Disney California Adventure. Constantine, the villain from the new film, has been added in some snippets that interrupt the existing pre-show several times before leading to a lengthy interlude with the world’s number 1 criminal mastermind. to make room for this, some beloved segments have been removed, including Gonzo dancing with a potted plant on his head. Hopefully these missing sequences will return soon, but until then, here is what guests will see:
