Speaking from personal experience, my family and I did the dessert party during our trip to Walt Disney World last year and we think it’s the best spot to relax and enjoy the fireworks and castle shows. We liked it so much that we’re doing it again for our trip back to Walt Disney World next week!
Marvel Entertainment released it’s second TV spot for “Avengers: Age Of Ultron” and there is so much new footage, it should really be classified as a new trailer.
*Update: A third TV Spot has just been released. This new spot is only 30 seconds but includes new footage of Iron Man flying with all of his Hulkbuster parts flying with him to his destination. Pretty Cool!
Here are some images that I was able to capture from the TV Spot(s):
Marvel Studios presents “Avengers: Age of Ultron,” the epic follow-up to the biggest Super Hero movie of all time. When Tony Stark tries to jumpstart a dormant peacekeeping program, things go awry and Earth’s Mightiest Heroes, including Iron Man, Captain America, Thor, The Incredible Hulk, Black Widow and Hawkeye, are put to the ultimate test as the fate of the planet hangs in the balance. As the villainous Ultron emerges, it is up to The Avengers to stop him from enacting his terrible plans, and soon uneasy alliances and unexpected action pave the way for an epic and unique global adventure.
Marvel’s “Avengers: Age of Ultron” stars Robert Downey Jr., who returns as Iron Man, along with Chris Hemsworth as Thor, Mark Ruffalo as Hulk and Chris Evans as Captain America. Together with Scarlett Johansson as Black Widow and Jeremy Renner as Hawkeye, and with the additional support of Don Cheadle as James Rhodes/War Machine, Cobie Smulders as Agent Maria Hill, Stellan Skarsgård as Erik Selvig and Samuel L. Jackson as Nick Fury, the team must reassemble to defeat James Spader as Ultron, a terrifying technological villain hell-bent on human extinction. Along the way, they confront two mysterious and powerful newcomers, Pietro Maximoff, played by Aaron Taylor-Johnson, and Wanda Maximoff, played by Elizabeth Olsen and meet an old friend in a new form when Paul Bettany becomes Vision.
Written and directed by Joss Whedon and produced by Kevin Feige, p.g.a., Marvel’s “Avengers: Age of Ultron” is based on the ever-popular Marvel comic book series “The Avengers,” first published in 1963. Get set for an action-packed thrill ride when The Avengers return in Marvel’s “Avengers: Age of Ultron” on May 1, 2015.

Tokyo Disney Resort does things a bit differently when it comes to spring. Disney’s Easter is a yearly celebration from April until the end of June (yes, you read that correctly). At Tokyo Disneyland, you can find the typical easter fare of bunnies and Easter eggs. Meanwhile, at Tokyo DisneySea a “Fashionable Easter” is the theme for 2015. For the Duffy fans out there, he gets in on the fun, too, with Duffy’s Easter Fair.
Here is a breakdown of all the offerings over at Tokyo Disney Resort for Disney’s Easter 2015. Full details can be found over at TDRExplorer and on the Official Tokyo Disney Resort website.
Tokyo Disney Resort Easter Monorail
Tokyo Disneyland
The main draw to Tokyo Disneyland is the Hippidy Hoppidy Springtime Parade. As Mickey and friends celebrate the arrival of warmer weather, dancers are dressed in various bunny outfits along the parade route. They even have a dance to teach guests, so everyone can join in on the fun. This high energy parade will get anyone excited for springtime and colourful eggs.

Decorations around the park are subtle but adorable. Around the hub area you will find the Easter Garden, along with an Easter display at the entrance of the park.

Various character-themed easter eggs are hidden around the park as part of the annual Easter Egg Hunt. Visitors pay to play this game where you go around the park in search of hidden eggs. Return to the sign-up booth with a completed hunt, and you win a prize! There are challenges for both Japanese and English-speaking guests.
Any celebration is not complete with food, and for Easter, Tokyo Disneyland presents a wide array of new sweets to tempt everyone’s tastebuds.
Tokyo DisneySea
Departing from the “Spring Voyage” theme of previous years, in 2015 Tokyo DisneySea brings us Fashionable Easter. Mickey and friends show off their very best new spring outfits in a brand new harbour show showcasing amazing costumes. The production also is one of the first to use the new stage in the recently renovated Mediterranean Harbour. The costumes used in the production are stunning with incredible detail, and each is themed after a different port from DisneySea (Mysterious Island, American Waterfront, Mermaid Lagoon, and Lost River Delta.) If you get a chance to visit, then this show is a must.

Decorations around the park are just as elaborate as the costumes. At the park entrance are two gigantic and elegant eggs with Mickey and Minnie. At the American Waterfront, six fabulously themed eggs reflect the imagery of each of the ports within DisneySea.
Duffy’s Easter Fair
The insanely popular Duffy the Disney Bear gets his own celebration over in Cape Cod. While the decorations are not as over the top as the rest of the park, the merchandise makes up for it. Each season there is a new costume for both Duffy and Shellie May, and this time around they are getting two different outfits. One for Fashionable Easter, and another for the Easter Fair. Also, Duffy’s new friend Gelatoni gets in on the action.

If costumes are not your thing, but you are a Duffy fan (I can admit that I am a Gelatoni fan), there are many great merchandise options to choose from. From picnic items to stationary, you will not go home disappointed.
Conclusion
Spring at Tokyo Disney Resort is completely different than anything at Walt Disney World, with highlights you’d expect from these parks. If you are heading to Tokyo Disney Resort this spring, then be sure to pack your best Easter bonnet and enjoy a Fashionable Easter at Tokyo Disney Resort.
With Star Wars Celebration only being just a few days away, here is a first look at some exclusive T-shirts and hoodies that will be available for sale at the convention. Star Wars Celebration is the official annual Star Wars convention and will take place from April 16th – 19th at the Anaheim Convention Center.
The Wrap is reporting that Ryan Gosling is in talks to star in Disney’s upcoming “Haunted Mansion” movie that will be directed by Guermo del Torro.
Gosling and del Toro have developed a very good friendship as of late and recently both visited Disney’s California Adventure to check out Radiator Springs Racers over in Cars Land (see below). They also made it over to Disneyland where the two of them were riding… The Haunted Mansion.
“The Haunted Mansion” Promotional Poster from the San Diego Comic Con 2010:
“The Haunted Mansion” movie was first announced at the San Diego Comic back in 2010 and since then, we haven’t really heard much. Back then, del Toro said:
“I want to make a scary movie in live-action 3D, set in a heightened reality, which is super designed, incredibly innovative, narratively and visually. It would not be a comedy, and I would like to make the Haunted Mansion the most haunted place on Earth and doing it by being true to the spirit and the art and the aesthetic of the original Imagineers that created the mansion.”
Del Toro has also talked about the significance of the famous ghost on the movie poster, The Hatbox Ghost, and it sounds like he will play a prominent part in the upcoming movie:
“The Hatbox Ghost is one of the scariest images created for the ride, but a character which I also considers incredibly whimsical. There’s a legend that it was discarded on the first day of the ride’s operation because it was too scary. I like that legend, but the reality is that the imagineers could not make the illusion work, so they took it out.”
He’s back… The short-lived Hatbox Ghost who briefly haunted the attic of the Haunted Mansion back in 1969 will return to Disneyland this May. Due to technical issues, the figure never worked properly and was quickly removed from the ride, but he has managed to build a huge cult-following in recent years and has been featured on a ton of merchandise for the attraction. Disneyland today confirmed the long-rumored return and has stated he will be in place at the Haunted Mansion in-time for the park’s 60th anniversary celebration.
If you are planning to see “Avengers: Age Of Ultron” opening day, it may be a good idea to buy your tickets in advance. According to Deadline.com, “Avengers: Age Of Ultron” is significantly outselling the first Avengers movie. MovieTickets.com is also reporting that advance ticket sales in the U.S. are “six times” greater than that of “The Avengers.”
Most theaters around the country are already sold out and theater owners are adding additional shows to keep up with the increasing demand. You can currently purchase advance tickets online through FANDANGO.com and also directly through multiple theater chains. Although “Age Of Ultron” is slated to open on May 1st, most theaters will be having their first shows start as early as 7PM on Thursday, April 30th.
Avengers: Age Of Ultron, directed by Joss Whedon, may beat Marvel’s The Avengers (also directed by Whedon) as the highest opening ever. After debuting with $207.4M at 4,349 theaters The Avengers ended its domestic run at $623.4M becoming the third-highest-grossing film in North American behind Jim Cameron’s one-two punch of Avatar ($760.5M in 2009) and Titanic ($658.7M in 1997).
When the Boathouse opens as the first new restaurant of Disney Springs next week (April 13th), several new retailers will be following close behind, joining it in the lineup for The Landing:
Erwin Pearl – offers a fine selection of enamel, precious, and semi-precious fashion jewelry marked by style, creativity, and outstanding quality.
Joffrey’s Tea – specializing in teas (iced or hot) featuring custom blends, accessories, and packaged teas.
Vivoli Gelateria – serving panini sandwiches, espresso drinks, and expertly crafted gelato made with fresh, seasonal ingredients.
No opening dates were given for these new businesses, but they should be fairly soon. New Downtown Disney guidemaps will be released on the 13th to reflect all of the new additions.
