See the sights from a new perspective as you enjoy a boxed treat and your choice of beverage with family and friends.

High above Tomorrowland, you’ll have plenty of time to relax. And if a fireworks spectacular is scheduled, you can catch a glimpse of it right from your seat. The lounge area is open to party Guests from 8:00 PM to 10:00 PM, so you can sit or stroll around for a full 2 hours―or even come and go at your leisure.

Each ticketed Guest receives a boxed treat containing seasonal fruits, cheese and assorted sweets, plus choice of hot or cold non-alcoholic beverage. Please note that food and beverage offerings are subject to change.

There is ample seating at this event, but due to space considerations you may be seated with another party. Separate Disneyland theme park admission is required and not included in the price of this event.

Fireworks shows take place on select nights and are subject to cancellation without notice due to weather or other circumstances. Please check schedule for performance times.

It is unclear exactly what the location of the event is, but it appears to be the upper floor patio of the carousel theater building, currently home to Star Wars Launch Bay on the ground level.

Tomorrowland Skyline Lounge Experience is $45 per Guest ages 3 and older, including tax, with no charge for children ages 2 and younger. A credit card guarantee is required to secure the reservation at time of booking. Reservations are limited and advance reservations are highly recommended. Reservations can be made online or by calling (714) 781-DINE or (714) 781-3463.

Incredibles Super Dance Party Being Replaced in Tomorrowland at the Magic Kingdom; Limited Time Meet & Greet

The Incredibles Super Dance Party that has taken over the Rockettower Plaza Stage in Tomorrowland at the Magic Kingdom will finally come to an end on April 30th, 2017.

 width=

The offering will be replaced by the Cosmic Dance Party sometime in the Spring, but no date or further details have been announced as of yet.

A Mr. Incredible meet and greet will be offered in the meantime May 1st through the 18th in Tomorrowland. We would assume that means that the new dance party will debut May 19th, but that’s just our guess.

New Mickey Mouse Celebration Cakes Coming to Walt Disney World

Walt Disney World Rolling Out Driverless Shuttle Cars By Year’s End

The Los Angeles Times is reporting that Walt Disney World is planning a pilot program to begin later this year to transport Cast Members in cast-only parking lots using autonomous electric vehicles. The company is reportedly in talks with two manufacturers, Local Motors, based in Phoenix, Arizona, and Navya, based in Paris, France. The photo below shows a Navya vehicle, which holds 12-15 passengers.

If the pilot program goes well, the driverless shuttles could be rolled out to public areas in 2018. The state of Florida has relatively few restrictions on driverless vehicle deployment on privately-owned land. The vehicles would be geofenced, which means they would be restricted to designated areas only, which have been fully mapped and loaded into the vehicle’s navigation system. This geofencing, along with cameras, radar, and laser sensors, would ensure the safety of the passengers and those around the vehicle.

It appears that Walt Disney World is finally realizing that the ubiquitous busses used to transport guests are really not that magical, no matter how many colors of LED lights are affixed to the interior. With the rumors of gondolas gaining steam, and now driverless shuttles, it appears we’re heading into a renaissance of cool transportation options at Walt Disney World.

Editor’s Note: Yes, we know how to spell busses. We spell it just like they did in the 50’s, when Disneyland opened.

The Rock Working with Disney Imagineering to Update The Jungle Cruise Attraction for Upcoming Film

“The Rock” Dwayne Johnson was already announced to be a part of Disney’s upcoming film based on The Jungle Cruise, but it seems he will also have a role in changing the attraction at Disney Parks…

Grateful SOB to have Walt and Mickey watching over my shoulder as @danygarciaco and I embark on this amazing project. For our big #JungleCruise creative meeting at DISNEY’s highly secure R&D facilities, me and @danygarciaco were escorted into THE VAULT. A legitimate vault where all of Disney’s biggest secrets and plans are kept. Curtains were pulled back for us to reveal the actual drawn up plans that Walt Disney had his brother, Roy Disney take to New York to present to the bankers in 1950 for the potential loan to build what’s now known as Disney Land. Cant imagine what that meeting with bankers was like. Roy: Alright gentlemen, so me and my brother Walt, want to build the greatest multiple theme park attraction in the world. Banker: Oh that seems fun, Mr. Disney. Roy: *smiles in a playful mischievous manner, Oh yes my good man, it will have a few things that are in fact, fun. Well, clearly I don’t know how the hell men were actually talking in the 50’s, but what I do know is being able to star in and produce #JungleCruise is a dream come true. BUT what takes this to the next level, is that we’ll partner with Disney’s brilliant Imagineers to help re-engineer and re-design the #JungleCruise ride in all the Disney theme parks around the world. A very special opportunity for us and our @sevenbucksprod to create an unforgettable and fun EXPERIENCE for families around the world. And as Walt Disney himself would say… it’s magical. Next step is finding our visionary director. Exciting times. #JungleCruise #TheExperience #DisneyStudios #Imagineers #SevenBucksProds #WaltAndRockWouldveBeenBesties #AndWorkoutBuddies #WaltWouldveLovedMyJackedUpPickUpTruck ????????????

It is assumed any changes would be tied into the film, but it is interesting that these changes will be made at some point ahead of the film’s release and at every Disney Resort that has the attraction apparently.

We’ll keep you in the loop as more information on this story becomes available.

RUMOR: Disneyland Paris to Introduce Paid ‘Fastpass Premium’ Service

Starting in May, Disneyland Paris are said to be introducing a paid FastPass service.

 width=

It will reportedly be at a cost of €90 per day for unlimited Fastpasses and €15 for a single Fastpass. Thankfully, the current Fastpass system isn’t going anywhere, but this seems to be going hand in hand with the recent changes to the annual pass structure.

Shanghai Disney Resort is currently the only other Disney property that offers such a service, with Disneyland offering a paid service called MaxPass in the coming months that allows for digital FastPasses, but not for unlimited.

What do you think of the new changes? Let me know in the comments!

PHOTOS: Awesome 3-D Haunted Mansion Phone Case Now Available at Walt Disney World

We have seen some cool iPhone cases at Disney Parks before, but this might be the coolest…

 width=

 width=

Retailing for $29.99, this case is only for the iPhone 7 and 6S models as of right now and was found at the Darkroom inside Disney’s Hollywood Studios.

The case is modeled after Madame Leota’s tombstone at the Haunted Mansion attraction in the Magic Kingdom. While it may be a little wonky, the head is fully sculpted, making for a pretty cool replica.

What do you think? Will you be buying this?
