Jingle Smells 3 Features Character Nutcrackers

The 2013 installment of Vinylmation’s best smelling series will have the theme of Disney Characters as Nutcrackers. Vinylmation World has posted a leaked photo of Jingle Smells 3 and it features a peppermint scented Goofy, a Mickey that smells like sugar cookie, Minnie with a strawberry scent and a chocolate scented Donald.

Like the previous sets, each Jingle Smells 3 figure has an ornament top with a ribbon for hanging. No word on if they are designed by Disney Store artists like series 1 or Disney Design Group artists like the second series. Vinylmation World reports that Disney Stores and Disneystore.com will release these four open window figures in the next few weeks. I hope D-Street gets them too like last Christmas, but no word yet.

Overall, I like the unique take on the characters. They have vibrant colors and cool accessories. I think I would still say series 2 is more fun, but these are well though out and exactly what collectors want.

Jingle Smells 3 Release Online Today

Today was the unannounced release of the four new Jingle Smells designs for series 3.  They are available at the Disney Store online for $12.95 each. This year, the figures look like Nutcrackers and like the Jingle Smells before they each have a unique scent and include an ornament like top and ribbon for hanging. The figures include Mickey (chocolate cookie), Minnie (strawberry), Donald (sugar cookie) and Goofy (peppermint).

These 4 figures were designed by Disney Store artist Enrique Pita, and look fantastic!! Love the nutcracker imagining he used. These are sure to be very popular this holiday season. Will you guys be starting your Christmas shopping today? The packaging is the same as last year with a circular open window design and air holes to test the scent.

What would Jack think if he stumbled upon these odd creations from our friends at Disney? Reports by Stitch’s Kingdom say this is a set of four, open window 3″ Vinylmation that are scented. The scents that will be available are Gingerbread, Marshmallow, Chocolate and Peppermint. No pictures available yet, but the figures will have Ornament hooks on top. Not sure if they are real or molded. It has also not yet been determined if these will be a Disney Store exclusive, or available at the resorts as well.
