WDWNT Reporter Robert Ashburn visited the MAgic Kingdom on Wednesday and has a number of newsworthy photos to share with us, so let’s take a look:
Winnie-the-Pooh movie poster at the TTC
Next stop: Magic Kingdom
With the tarps down, we can get a good look at the overall changes to the former Exposition Hall, but its really just fresh paint and three news signs
The lines haven’t been too long for Mickey
Mickey FASTPASS still available, Princesses are gone
The Main Street Athletic Club/Hall of Champions has been gone for a long time, but the signage was finally changed to Main Street Fashion Apparel
Not sure if we have mentioned this, but all of the costumes in Dream Along with Mickey were slowly changed over the last few months
A strange wall has popped up behind Dumbo in Fantasyland, perhaps for Castle Wall construction?
Rock-work on and to the side of Beast’s Castle is taking shape
Rock-work about to go up on “Under the Sea: Journey of the Little Mermaid”
The posts to hold the rocks are already in place
Old news, but Beast’s Castle is starting to expose it’s exterior wall
Gaston’s Tavern and Bonjour Village Gifts should be next to get walls
Back to Prince Eric’s castle
The rockwork will go above the building, blocking views of those items on the roof
Work continues to turn the Barnstormer in the Great Goofini layover
The upper level and the back side await a fresh coat of paint
Let’s try to take a look from the TTA into Storybook Circus
What is this large wall that has popped up?
No idea…
A look at the area where the Toontown sign once stood
Coming soon…
More of the mystery wall
It’s pretty big…
Have we mentioned how popular the Club 626 Dance Party is?
Well, very…
The Tomorrowland Patio is once again a big empty space now that Mickey has moved
Welcome to the Haunted Mansion
It’s still really cool!
Ummm, someone might want to fix that…
Goodnight Magic Kingdom!
