Robert Ashburn’s 4/11/10 Magic Kingdom Photo Report
Our friend Robert Ashburn of FloridaThrills.net made a visit to the Magic Kingdom last night to say goodbye to a few attractions (that have now gone away) and he took plenty of newsworthy pictures to share with us:
Express monorail to the Magic Kingdom
The Tron-o-rail eludes us again….
The Exposition Hall theater has been walled off to become the new meet and greet for Mickey and friends
Vinylmation! Where can I hear more about that? Why, at VinylmationStation.com of course (That’s right, we plugged something in a photo report)
Work continues on the Plaza Restaurant facade
The rest of Main Street looks bright and new thanks to the facade refurbishments over the last year
Work continues on Cinderella Castle
Ariel’s Grotto closed yesterday to make way for the Fantasyland Expansion
Scuttle’s Landing closed a little early
Scuttle is looking for a new home….
Sebastian seems excited about the move….
Ariel will be moving with Prince Eric to Adventureland while her new home is constructed
Goodbye DVC booth
This store will look a little different in a few months
So will this entire facade
Pooh’s Playful Spot also closed yesterday
Goodbye Pooh’s Playful Spot!
How about a little SpectroMagic before it “glows” away for the summer?
